   Open Settings → No-show

   Go to Settings → No-show (No-show policy).

   Set max strikes and warning

   Choose max no-shows before block and the warning threshold that shows a badge on the customer.

   Toggle auto-block and reset

   Enable Auto-block customers who reach max no-shows when you want automatic blocking, and set reset-after days when shown.
