Manage customer GDPR consent

Step by step

   Find the field

   On Add customer or Edit customer, use the GDPR consent checkbox (I have consent to store and contact this customer).

   See status on the list

   The Customers list shows consent badges such as Consent: OK or Consent: Missing.

   Filter by consent

   Use With consent or Without consent chips to find people who still need a recorded status.

   Request consent

   Request consent is not available in the product yet. Do not expect an SMS or email send from this screen.
