Find a customer

Customers is your salon registry. Use search to open someone quickly before you edit details, check consent, or continue to a booking.

Open the Customers page
Search by name, phone, or email
Open a customer profile from the list

Step by step

Open Customers
In the dashboard sidebar, go to Customers.
Search
Type a name, phone, or email in Search customers...
Open the profile
Select the customer to view contact details, notes, and GDPR consent status.
Continue from the profile
From the profile you can Edit, open booking history when your plan includes it, or return to the list to filter.
